Please note: No food or drink will be allowed for sale or giveaways unless prior permission is given. Any food items for sale must comply with the South Western Public Health regulations and must be preapproved by festival committee.

Booth Requirements

Note: Vendors must provide their own tent, table, and chairs. You will be on the grass at the approximate size of 10 feet front by 10 feet deep per booth.

Cars are permitted to drive into the park ONLY for setting up and dismantling your display and this must be done BEFORE 9:30 AM.

Artisan vendor booths (10x10) are available at the cost of $35 each plus a donation for the Silent Auction to be collected upon check-in prior to set up OR $50 and a silent auction donation will not be required.

Confirmation of booth allocation will not be forwarded until payment is received. Vendor booths are allocated on a first come first served basis and are limited to one like item seller per festival.

Payment and signed contract must be received no later than May 30, 2025.
